Positive Leadership

We are firm believers in the power of positive leadership.  We believe that we have a choice in how to view everything we encounter in life, and it is our responsibility as leaders to encourage and lift up those around us.  Our world has way too much negativity and criticism in it.  We make the daily choice to blaze a trail of energy and enthusiasm.  Several years ago, I (Megan) discovered the author Jon Gordon.  He is one of my favorite authors, because he talks about how regardless of where you are or what role you're in currently - bus driver, principal, teacher, student, or other leader, you have the power to lift others up or tear them down.  We believe it is our responsibility as leaders to add value to everyone we encounter.
