Our Purpose

Learning is a hobby of ours!  We love to read, learn, and grow, and we can't ever seem to get enough! We were inspired to start a blog so that we would have a central location to share the reflections of our leadership journey.  Our purpose is to inspire and empower others to create, collaborate, and grow their PLN. I (Megan) am the principal at the greatest middle school ever, Cain Middle School, in Rockwall, Texas, and I LOVE my job!  Melanie is one of the assistant principals at Cain Middle School and does an amazing job leading and learning.  Thank you for stopping by!  We look forward to learning with each of you!
